This Privacy Policy explains how Comooon Europe SIA collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit comooon.eu or contact us through the website. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and the Personal Data Processing Law of the Republic of Latvia.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Comooon Europe SIA, registration No. 40203591738, legal address: Lienes iela 7, Jūrmala, LV-2015, Latvia (“we”, “us”).

2. What data we collect

Data you give us in the website forms: your name, e-mail address, phone number, organisation name, city or country, the number of coaches, your child’s age (optional, without the child’s name), the product you are interested in and the text of your message.

Data collected automatically when you use the website: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time of visit and how you arrived at the website. This data is recorded in the standard logs of our web server.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data (such as health data) and we ask you not to send them to us.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

To answer your request, send you information about COMOOON! Light, Advance or Home, send the methodology PDF you asked for and contact you — on the basis of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

To prepare and perform a licence, franchise or subscription agreement — on the basis of the contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse of the forms and keep records of requests — on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

To meet our accounting and other legal obligations — on the basis of legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal effects on you.

4. Who receives your data

Your data is available only to the Comooon Europe SIA team members who handle requests. We use trusted service providers (processors) that act on our instructions: our website hosting provider, our e-mail service provider and, where used, messaging services through which our team receives notifications about new requests.

If you apply to become a COMOOON! Member in a specific region, we may share your request with the official COMOOON! representative for that region so that they can contact you.

We may disclose data to public authorities when required by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It may use only strictly necessary technical storage that makes the website work; this does not require consent.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will ask for your consent before they are activated and will update this Privacy Policy.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or we transfer data only with your explicit consent.

7. How long we keep your data

Requests sent through the website forms: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a contract is concluded.

Data related to a contract: for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as required by Latvian accounting and tax law or needed to defend legal claims.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, write to info@comooon.eu. We will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), Elijas iela 17, Rīga, LV-1050, www.dvi.gov.lv, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

9. Children

The COMOOON! programs are designed for children, but the website and its forms are intended for adults: coaches, organisations and parents. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. A parent may tell us their child’s age; we do not ask for the child’s name or other identifying details.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including an encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access to request records and protection of the forms against automated spam.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always published at https://comooon.eu/privacy-policy/ with the date of the last update.
